Artificial Heart Physicians Plan News Briefing

(LOUISVILLE, KY) The University of Louisville surgeons who implanted the world's first self-contained artificial heart at Jewish Hospital on July 2 announced today that they will hold a news briefing on Tuesday, August 21, 2001, tentatively scheduled for 2:00 pm EST.

Drs. Laman Gray and Robert Dowling will update members of the media and accept questions.
